Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package.
Note: Delivery delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JW Tackle Shop is not responsible for packages that show as “delivered” but are lost or stolen.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
